Orders and pricing: all prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to make sure prices are correct, but if a pricing error is discovered before your order is dispatched, we'll contact you before proceeding. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email, not before.

Availability: occasionally an item may go out of stock after you've ordered. If that happens, we'll contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.

Product descriptions: we try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
